Rhinoplasty (Nose reshaping) is one of the most common and elegant facial cosmetic procedures performed. The goal of rhinoplasty is to adjust the nose so it blends harmoniously with the rest of the face and should be individualized to each patient. Our goal is to give you a result which appears natural and fits the characteristics of your face without an over-operated look. In the office, we use digital imaging software to help you communicate your aesthetic ideal.
Endonasal, or Closed Rhinoplasty, - a minimally invasive technique where invisible incisions are placed inside the nostrils. This helps with a quicker recovery (often less than 7 days), as well as less bruising and swelling.
Patients sometimes complain of difficulty breathing in addition to an obvious deformity, or fracture. This may be corrected at the time of surgery and is known as septoplasty. Nasal aesthetic surgery is a procedure where shape and function are of equal importance. This is an added advantage of going to a specialist who is an expert in nasal surgery - both internally and aesthetically.
Ethnic Rhinoplasty is a customized operation to refine the appearance of a nose while still maintaining a patient’s sense of personal identity. This involves accounting for the anatomic differences in the skin, cartilage, and bone structure of certain patients while still respecting what is considered beautiful to people with different cultural backgrounds.
Revision Rhinoplasty is performed on patients where the architecture of the nose has been compromised from surgery done long ago, to correct noses that are pinched, "scooped-out" or pointy. Often, this results in a significant improvement in appearance as well as nasal breathing.
Reduction rhinoplasty: This patient was unhappy with the appearance of a dorsal hump and poorly rotated nose. She desired a natural look that allowed her nose to blend harmonously with the rest of her facial features. Dr. Saigal was able to accomplish all this while improving her breathing, using a minimally invasive closed rhinoplasty technique.

During your consultation, we will do a comprehensive and detailed facial analysis to determine the best way to fulfill your personal goals. Depending on your pattern of aging, we will decide from an armamentarium of minimally invasive and advanced surgical techniques to provide your ultimate result: a normal appearance, a long-lasting result with imperceptible scars, a rapid recovery, and most importantly your safety.
A Facelift or Rhytidectomy is a surgical procedure designed to tighten the skin of the neck, refine and define the jawline, and elevate the cheeks - all helping to eliminate the redundant neck jowls and neck wattle. Incisions for this surgery are carefully designed and hidden in the hairline or within existing skin creases. Describing the differences between the multiple options and types of facelifts offered, and which is most appropriate for you is an important part of your consultation; this may affect the length and location of the incision and the direction in which the deeper tissues of the face are repositioned.
To achieve these goals for face and neck rejuvenation, we may recommend liposuction of the neck skin, a minor Mini-Lift procedure performed under twilight anesthesia, or an advanced Deep-Plane Facelift to reposition the deep tissues of the face and not just the skin - thus avoiding the "pulled" or "overdone" appearance. As facial specialists who have completed dedicated training to understand the anatomy and physiology of the face, head, and neck, we are among those specialists uniquely qualified to provide your highest level of care - and give you the most rapid recovery.
Blepharoplasty, or aesthetic surgery of the eyelids improves the sagging appearance of the eyelids. Aging, heredity, and sun exposure can result in changes to the skin and eyelid muscle that result in an appearance that some describe as "tired" or "exhausted", or eyes that are always "puffy".
Cosmetic surgery of the eyelids allows for rejuvenation by removing the excess skin and fat that accumulates in the eyelids over time - correcting puffy bags and helping you look more energetic and well-rested. Dark circles, fine wrinkles, and certain medical conditions may play a role in the appearance of your eyes and must be addressed appropriately; following a thorough medical workup, we may consider multiple options to help you achieve your best result, often employing chemical peeling, laser skin resurfacing, fillers such as Restalyne or Neurotoxins such as Botox to the skin near the eyelids to give you the most natural-appearing and safest result.

Brow Lift - Occasionally, some patients suffer from droopy eyebrows that can also play a role in the fatigued appearance of the eyes. To correct this, we may perform an advanced procedure known as an Endoscopic Brow Lift, employing operating telescopes through tiny incisions in the scalp to correct the sagging eyebrow skin and achieve a natural, youthful appearance to the eyes. Again, the minimally invasive nature of this technique helps with a safe and rapid recovery, our primary goal.
Chin Implants: Facial Beauty requires the appearance of good bone structure and harmony from one facial feature relative to another. In certain circumstances, this can be achieved by augmenting the existing tissue with an implant that brings a recessed jaw (mandible) in balance with the rest of the face to make it more appealing.
Otoplasty (Ear Reshaping) is common procedure performed in children and adults who are self-conscious of ears that are either malformed, prominent, or protruding. A simple procedure using advanced suture reshaping techniques can be perfomed with consistently pleasing outcomes to restore balance to the aesthetic proportions of the face.
Split-earlobe repair is also offered for patients who have earlobes that are stretched or torn from earring use over several years. We can repair these under local anesthesia in the office for your convenience.
Non-Surgical Botox Cosmetic
To refresh your look and eliminate frown lines as well as deep wrinkles between the eyebrows and near the eyes, Botox injections are the safest and most proven minimally invasive option. After a thorough consultation we will examine your facial musculature and precisely determine the location and quantity of Botox required to give you the safest and most consistent results.
As we age, there are elements of our face that experience a loss of volume that can result in a ‘hollowed’ look in the cheeks and midface. Instead of simply pulling skin tight to eliminate wrinkles, we believe in the science of facial liposculpture to restore volume and produce the most consistently youthful and natural looking results. This involves the transfer of fat, often from the abdomen, to hollowed areas of the face that need it most.
Both Restalyne and Juvederm are FDA approved injectable soft tissue fillers available to fill out wrinkles, raise depressed scars, and ‘plump up’ areas of the face - with almost no downtime! Areas such as the lips, cheekbones, and the prominent cheek fold, or nasolabial fold lines, can be filled in the office to restore a more youthful shape and appearance.
A revolution in eye rejuvenation, Latisse is an FDA approved solution which helps your lashes grow longer and thicker - with no surgery or downtime.
Laser Skin Resurfacing
Removal of skin layers to reduce wrinkles or skin irregularities is an excellent way to achieve youthful, smoother skin. Depending on your skin type, your needs, and flexibility with recovery time, chemical peels or laser skin resurfacing can be performed on an outpatient basis to reverse years of sun damage, remove wrinkles, and even out skin splotches or age spots. These treatments can also be effective in treating certain skin growths, such as premalignant skin tumors.
Although treatment options can be very different, they all help to eliminate the upper layer of the skin and penetrate the deep dermis of the skin to produce new collagen and improve the appearance and texture of the newly generated epidermis, or upper skin layer.
Unattractive scars following poorly closed incisions, accidents/injuries, or burns can be treated in a variety of ways, including dermabrasion, scar excision, Z-plasty/geometric broken line closure, or skin resurfacing. Discuss your options during a comprehensive evaluation and consultation with one of our qualified physicians.
Complex craniofacial injuries following assault, motor-vehicle accidents, or domestic abuse can result in fractures of the nose, jaw (mandible), cheekbones (zygoma and midface), the sinuses and even the eye socket (orbit). These injuries often require immediate attention and reconstructive surgery that may be extensive and, in some cases require a multidisciplinary or team effort.
Head and Neck Cancer reconstruction
Reconstructive surgery of the face, head and neck following ablative surgery for disfiguring head and neck tumors can be a delicate balance of restoring form and function - in the part of your body that is most visible. These disfiguring scars run deep - and can have an emotional impact. Our physicians are trained to respect aesthetic proportions and to disguise incision lines while paying careful attention to the functional consequences of surgery in sensitive locations, including the eyelids, face, ears, lips, and scalp.
Management of patients with longstanding deformities following treatment of facial tumors and certain patients following stroke or other causes of facial paralysis can be challenging. However, it can also be immensely gratifying for both the physician and the patient when we are able to restore facial symmetry, tone, and in some cases eyelid closure following these life-altering events.
Skin Cancer/MOHS reconstruction
Skin cancer is a common condition that is treatable, but can sometimes present a clinical challenge, and often requires a team approach. Skin lesions in sensitive areas such as the eyelids, nose, lips and ears may be removed by a dermatologist or MOHS surgeon, and may subsequently be managed by a specialist to produce the optimal cosmetic and functional outcome.
The complicated nature of the anatomy of the face and neck often require skin grafts or local or pedicled skin flaps to produce the most natural and aesthetic result - with carefully planned and disguised incision lines.
